Real life inspiration - Easter opening times - keeping the track clean

We spoke last week about the new show on Channel 5 "Great Model Railway Challenge". Laurie Calvert who was on team SteamPunk on the last programme, contacted us and sent us some behind the scene pictures of their layout.

Ratio Models started in the 1950s to make quality models, initially out of wood and then from plastic. Peco bought the company in 1996 and carried on expanding the range. Their kits are of very good quality with clear instructions and cover all the needed buildings and accessories you might need on your layout.

Here are some small projects in OO gauge:

Send us an email or give us a call to check availability or to reserve anything, whatever scale you model in. As usual, if we do not have in stock what you are looking for, we will order it for you and you will get it fast (usually within a week if the manufacturer has it in stock). We place weekly orders with most suppliers.

Remember, you can park for free for one hour on the High Street and for as long as want on the Esplanade. So no excuse not to come and visit us!

Upstairs Downstairs is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am till 4.30pm and Sunday 1pm till 4pm. We are closed only on Monday.
