We have listened to you.
We recognise times have changed and the ways we do modelling have changed too. Twenty years ago, you would order a large quantity of items every few months from your supplier and probably wait a month to receive the parcel. Today, you order only what is needed for the task and expect it a few days later.
In order to help you, we have decided to make delivery to the UK free as standard. There are only two main exceptions: if the order is for oversize items (flexible track for instance), as we need to use a courier, you will be charged a small fee and if the order is under £15 value, we have to charge a small handling fee to cover the cost of processing your order.
If you are from outside the UK, please note we are happy to post most things to you. International postage varies from £6 to £14.90 and we have shipped to most countries: New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada, Japan, Croatia, Spain, Sweden, Russia, Germany, France, Austria, etc. If you are outside Europe, we will remove the VAT (saving you 16.66%). Tell your remote friends!

If you have been reading this newsletter for a while, you know we love quirky projects. Here is probably one of the best: Peter has built a Dapol Drewry Shunter kit inside a bottle! If you are worried about building kits when you have limited experience, probably the best kits to get started are the coach kits from Dapol in OO gauge. They can be put together in a few minutes and require no painting.
Once you have mastered the Dapol kits, you can try your hand at the Ratio coach kits. Here are some examples of the Clerestory and Arc Roof coaches:

Send us an email or give us a call to check availability or to reserve anything, whatever scale you model in. As usual, if we do not have in stock what you are looking for, we will order it for you and you will get it fast (usually within a week if the manufacturer has it in stock). We place weekly orders with most suppliers.
Remember, you can park for free for one hour on the High Street. So no excuse not to come and visit us!
