Modelling is all about reproducing reality in miniature. However, as the term "modeller's licence" implies, sometimes is is great to simply do something that may not be 100% accurate but could be and in all cases is great fun. Here is a good illustration with a few items in HO scale we have just received from Bachmann. No, they do not look British, no, however, I am sure you will agree with me they will be great fun on your layout. To help matters, they are all reasonably priced.
More accurate and to scale, is the latest Corgi bus: Caetano CT650 from Lucketts, going to the Isle of Wight Festival. Even if your layout is not based on the Island, I am sure you can justify having this bus on it. Please note this is a limited edition.
We are happy to report we now stock a large range of Alan Gibson products. If you build kits, you probably know Alan Gibson for their wheels which are a lot better looking than the ones provided by Hornby or Bachmann, however they do offer a lot more: sprung buffers for wagons, back to back gauges, screw couplings, white metal figures, valve gear rivets, ladders, lamps, etc... Well worth a look next time you are in Sandown.
Finally, we are happy to report that we have replenished our stock of Cambrian Models and Smallbrook Studio kits. They do make for nice little projects and the quality is incredibly good.

As usual, if we do not have in stock what you are looking for, we will order it for you and you will get it fast (usually within a week if the manufacturer has it in stock). We place weekly orders with most suppliers.
Remember, you can park for free for one hour on the High Street. So no excuse not to come and visit us!
