We have just received the new Bachmann and Graham Farish catalogues. They are full size ones with lots of information on each model, as you would expect from the manufacturers. Click on the pictures to see some sample inside pages.
Talking about catalogues, let me remind you the latest Peco catalogue is still available and contains a lot more information than before: it now includes the Tracksetta, Wills and Ratio ranges as well as Peco. The design has also been improved making it for something very nice to use and read.
Having a layout is also about having a bit of fun. What about having a fully working mail coach in OO gauge? It collects the mail at a certain point of your layout and then drops it off automatically at further down the track. This is something a bit different and a talking point for children of all ages, from 3 to 93 years old!
Another firm favourite is a crane. This breakdown crane from Hornby is fully working: the boom goes up and down and you can lower the hook. If you need something on the road rather than on the track, here are two possibilities from Oxford. We carry a lot more, find the details on our website or next time you visit the shop. Once again, they are in OO gauge.
